This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of SG Network, Inc.’s, a company formed pursuant to the laws of the cayman islands or any successor operator of the Site (as defined below) (together with any successors or assigns the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”), on the collection, use and disclosure of the individual accessing or using the Services (as defined below), or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Services (“you” or “your”) information when you use the services we provide via the Site (the “Services”).
